United Spinal Association

United Spinal Association is a non-profit organization with a mission to enhance the quality of life of all people living with spinal cord injuries and disorders (SCI/D), including veterans, and providing support and information to loved ones, care providers and professionals. This organization is full of hope and inspiration, but unfortunately the branding was not representing they’re powerful message. The logo and website is very outdated and didn’t show how rich they’re community is.

The logo design incorporates a bird to symbolize hope, as well as segments in the bird’s wing to make the shape of a spinal chord. The colors orange and teal are warm and inviting and the sans-serif type in all caps represents a strong foundation.
